Day 2 Of The Telstra Drug Aware Pro Is Underway With The Top Sees Set To Hit The Line-up

The swell is on the increase with 4 - 5 foot waves rolling into the Margaret River line-up for day 2 of the 2012 Telstra Drug Aware Pro.

The ASP World Championship Tour heavyweights are set to take on the up-and-comers in what will no doubt be an exciting day of surfing action. Kelly Slater (USA), Taj Burrow (AUS), Mick Fanning (AUS), Jadson Andre (BRA), Mark Occhilupo (AUS), Fredrick Patacchia (HAW) and Aritz Aranburu (EUK) to name a few.

ASP Australasia's General Manager Dane Jordan is thrilled with the stacked field of elite surfers we have at this year's Telstra Drug Aware Pro and is looking forward to seeing how the week unfolds.

"This event is special because of the variety of conditions we have on offer and the strong field of athletes," Jordan said. "We usually see big surf, small surf, crazy winds and more. To take out this event you really have to be on your game and that makes for great viewing."
